This morning officers in Ramsey County chased a vehicle for "driving conduct and suspicious activity" The chase went through Vadnais Heights, Shoreview, Mounds View, Spring Lake Park, and Blaine ending near Northtown. Speeds exceeded 100mph at times and he was driving the wrong way on the road.
